How do I make a domestic exchange?

1) Click here to log into your Taylor Stitch online account, and select the order from which you'd like to return an item. 

2) Click 'Return Item' for the item(s) you wish to send back. 

3) Complete the return steps and select the new size you'd like to receive as a replacement (you'll receive an order confirmation email for your replacement order).

4) Obtain your return shipping label. Read the instructions given when completing the return steps. It'll tell you what you'll need to know to send your item back! 

5) Hang tight while your item makes its way back to our warehouse. Once it does, your replacement order will immediately ship out.

Please note: only items that have been unworn, unwashed, unaltered, are free or stains and odors, and that have their original tags afixed with be eligible for return or exchange.
